As part of Princeton University’s Fall 2024 opening events, we had the pleasure of transforming Campus Club into a vibrant boardwalk-inspired experience for New Student Boardwalk Night. This unforgettable evening featured a custom-designed photo wall reminiscent of the New Jersey shore, complete with colorful boardwalk-style details. Bistro lighting in classic Princeton orange cast a warm glow across the venue, setting the tone for a festive and welcoming night. The space buzzed with energy as new students mingled, took photos, and enjoyed their first taste of campus life—with every design element working together to create a fun and immersive celebration.
Earlier that same week, we helped plan and execute the annual Ice Cream Social for incoming Princeton students. Set outdoors and designed to feel relaxed yet exciting, this event featured LED high-top tables and ambient lighting to create an inviting nighttime atmosphere. From logistics to layout, we collaborated closely with the University to ensure every detail supported the welcoming spirit of the event.
Both the Ice Cream Social and Boardwalk Night are perfect examples of how Makrancy’s brings creativity and professionalism to a wide range of experiences—not just weddings, but milestone events of every kind.
