Bespoke Design

The Bespoke Design option is a full service event design package that allows our team to thoughtfully design your event décor to match your vision. The Bespoke package is for the bride who wants help defining or creating a vision for their wedding day. We know that it can be overwhelming developing a vision on your own as well as difficult to execute your ideas. We will guide you through everything décor related from floral installations, linen selection and furniture rentals. 

This package includes:

  • Initial phone conference to get an overall sense of the project.

  • An in person meeting in our office to show samples of our work and get a better understanding of what flowers you are interested in and what you want your wedding to feel like.

  • A personalized and detailed proposal with pricing and options along with a vision board with color palates, floral choices and rental items that match the décor.

  • A detailed floor plan for placement of all decor items.

  • A follow up meeting to discuss the proposal and provide additional feedback. For this meeting we will create a sample table scape in our office with florals, linen samples and other rental items that we have hand chosen based on your design.

  • Phone and email communication with our Decor Coordination team.

Timeline:

  • 12 to 9 months prior: Once you confirm our services we will set up a conference call or in person meeting to collect all the key information about your wedding.

  • 9 to 6 months prior: Come to our workshop for a sit down meeting to review our offerings and diagnose your personal floral style. With that we will generate a quote to fit your location and budget. We will also put together a detailed floor plan and vision board to send along with it.

  • 3 to 6 months prior: Schedule a sample meeting at our workshop or your location to review the design in person,

  • 1 month prior: Finalize all counts for centerpieces, delivery times and locations as well as other décor details and we are ready to put together the wedding of your dreams!
