Janet and the team took the lead on planning and project management as well as decor for this elegant housewarming party for a NJ family. Coordination started with a lengthy guest list, elaborate food and beverage program and challenging site plan but we were able to add an amazing tent and outdoor lounge area to accommodate over 300 party goers for a one of a kind experience. The tent’s odd shape was used as an advantage to develop an asymmetrical ceiling decor installation accented with simple bistro lighting and an abstract live chandelier that incorporates the draping that stretches out over the area. The live appetizer stations, buffets and table decor all tied together succulents, purple and pink flowers, as well as natural wood and antique items to complete the look. Throughout the night guests enjoyed top notch bar and food service including cocktails and mocktails along with a south Asian fusion inspired menu. Unique activities like a tarot card reader, DJ and digital caricaturist filled out an engaging outdoor area for guests to extended the party outside the tent. Overall it was an amazing event the whole team was proud to be a part of!
